Terms of Service

You need an account to check out. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You must be old enough to enter a contract in India to hold an account.

We sell clothing described on each product page. We aim to photograph and describe items accurately, but screens vary and garments are made by hand, so small differences in colour or finish may occur. Measurements are given on the product page and in the size guide; if you are between sizes, the size guide is the best guide.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The price shown is the price at the time you place the order. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is placed.

You can pay online through our payment provider or choose cash on delivery. Online payment is processed on the provider's secure page. If a payment succeeds but the order does not register, contact us and we will trace it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order, which we do by email or by the status shown on your order. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if we cannot verify payment. If we decline after taking payment, we refund it in full.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out on our shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on arrival and report damage promptly.

Our returns and exchange process is set out on the returns page, and forms part of these terms. In short: unused items in original condition may be returned within the stated window, exchanges are subject to size availability, and certain items may be excluded. We refund once we have received and checked the return.

You can review a product you have received. Reviews must describe your own experience and must not be abusive, misleading, or unlawful. You keep the right to your words, but by posting a review you allow us to display it on our site, including your display name and the verified-buyer badge where applicable. You can edit or remove your review at any time. We may hide or remove a review that breaks these rules.

The store's name, design, product photography, copy, and layout belong to R2K Fashion or its licensors. You may browse and buy for personal use, but not copy or reuse the design or images commercially.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, to abuse the store, or to break these terms. Orders already placed are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
