Returns and exchanges
A return or exchange can be requested from the order after it is delivered. Tell us the piece, the quantity, and a short reason.
An exchange asks for the size and color you want. Approving it reserves that piece and places a replacement order to the same address, with no extra charge. If that size is out of stock, the approval stops.
A completed return refunds the item price. A Razorpay payment goes back to the original method. Cash on delivery is paid back by the store. Shipping is not refunded.
Cancelling a placed order before it is packed puts the stock back. A paid Razorpay order is refunded. Cash on delivery is not charged. Write from the contact page if a refund needs a person.
