When you sign in with Google

Choosing Continue with Google sends you to Google. We receive your name, email address, and a unique Google identifier. We do not receive your Google password, and we never see your Gmail or Google Drive. We use this only to create and recognise your account here.

When you create an account with email

We store the email address you enter and the name and phone number you add to your profile. Your password is held by our authentication provider in a hashed form; we cannot read it.

When you place an order

We store your delivery address (street, city, state, PIN code), phone number, and the items, sizes, quantities, and amounts on your order. We keep a copy of the address on the order itself so that a later change to your account does not change past invoices.

When you pay

Card and UPI details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI credentials. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

When you leave a review or reply

We store the star rating, headline, and text you write, the product and review it belongs to, the time it was posted, and whether it has been verified as coming from a delivered order. On public pages this appears alongside the display name on your profile.

Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to diagnose faults. A cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We share personal information only with the service providers that run the store:

• Supabase — hosts the database, stores your account, orders, and reviews, and handles sign-in.
• Razorpay — processes payments. It receives your payment details and billing information and returns the payment result to us.
• Delhivery — delivers your parcel. It receives your name, address, phone number, and parcel details.
• Google — sign-in, when you choose it.
• Railway and Vercel — host the application and its database connection.

We also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of the store and its customers.

Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is open, and for the period required afterwards to meet tax and accounting obligations under Indian law. Delivery records held by the courier are kept according to that courier's policy. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal information from our active systems, though records we are legally required to retain may remain.

You can, at any time:

• See and correct the name, phone, and addresses on your account.
• Edit or delete a review you have written.
• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Withdraw a review you have written by removing it.

Data is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Payments are handled on the payment provider's secure page so card details never reach our servers. Access to customer records is limited to store staff who need it.

This store is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

When we change how we handle your data, we update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting your rights will be announced on the site.
